3 months agoWhen I found out that my furnace wasn't working I called them and they came to house about an hour later which was awesome! They diagnosed the problem, left to get a replacement part then replaced it that day. All in all, it was fixed within a few hours of contacting them which I think was great. I'll definitely call them again for future work! -

3 months agoAfter having one company try to sell us a 16k unit that wouldn't work in our cold Climate, and another charging us $275 to jiggle the burners (which worked 2 days) We contacted JL. He diagnosed the issue in an hour, gave use two options, one repair and one replace. We went with are new furnace. That was on Thursday, by the following Wednesday the new system was in. Friendly Fast and Honest. -

6 months agoA summer thunderstorm wreaked havoc with the power to my washer/dryer and a motion activated light in a stairwell. After some investigation, they determined the power source was related and restored everything to working order. What could have been so complicated was simplified. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.
