She was certain that she was going to have to have them replaced. Always Prefered Restoration did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing the pet stains out of both the carpets on the sofa and love seat. -

7 years agoReally nice place, and nice people. They take care of lots of stuff, from water damage to janitorial work, and they do it well. Definitely a lot better than renting my own equipment and doing it myself. You don't have to worry about messing stuff up, or look up lengthy guides and buy expensive tools, if you just hire a professional. Definitely a 5-star recommendation. With last year's flooding causing tons of water damage, this is the place I'd call to take care of this upcoming snow melt. -

7 years agoOur carpets probably should have been replaced. Our kids and our pets made the most horrible messes over the year. After we called Always Preferred, not only did our landlord notice our clean move-out, but even gave us our whole deposit back because "the carpet looked brand new somehow". So even after our major usage, we still got it back to better then we had it before. THANK YOU FOR SAVING US!
