2 months agoThe cable came off one of the wheel tracks of my garage door. I was able to get it back on, but it obviously needed adjustment. I called Riverside and they quickly scheduled a service call. Devon came out at the exact time scheduled. He was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustments. He also adjusted the spring tension and lubed the moving parts. He told me to call if there were any issues, as the work was warranted for a full year. Everything is working great. Thank you Riverside! -
