She also got the owner on the phone so we could talk to him, and scheduled an onsite measurement the next day while we were still in town. (It was his day off and gladly took out call.) I haven't gotten the bid yet, but we certainly appreciated their level of service. We also appreciated the years of experience that he was able to bring to bear in the advice he gave us on our project. -
