6 months agoIf i could give these guys a 0 I absolutely would, Especially the lady who answers the phones and does the schedules. She's a real piece of work. Out maintenance man called (it was on speaker) to have someone come out and fix our furnace as it hasn't been working now for 2 weeks. The lady said sorry we are busy this week try next week. He said okay let's schedule so we did. She scheduled us for 1:00 pm this Tuesday (Today) I heard her say 1 and the maintenance man confirmed with her that time SEVERAL TIMES. Skip to today, its 1:00pm and no one shows, its 1:30 still no one, hits 1:45 you bet NO ONE SHOWS. The maintenance man calls them and she has the nerve to swear the appointment was for 2:30 and thats what she has down. She was lying and was incredibly rude and unprofessional by all means. She said 1 and confirmed and then the day of switches it up on us. WELL 2:30 rolls around and what do you know NO ONE SHOWS UP. They never even came by. We had to reschedule for now another date which every date available this lady had a problem with and said no to everything until we got stern than she switched up on us again with a "good day and time" Id probably say this company is unprofessional is a pretty nice compliment. They dont care for others times and schedules at all. The lady was snotty and rude the whole time we were dealing with this. Id recommend anyone else in the valley but this place. -

10 months agoWe called Ryan's about our propane heater needing maintenance and cleaning. We got an appointment right away. Stuart arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and checked every single part of our heater. He discovered our air intake was clogged and cleaned it. He found a small leak and fixed it. He fixed the igniter, rearranged the logs so we could see the pilot light better. He showed us each area and explained what was happening and needed. We would recommend Ryan's every time without reservation. -

We greatly appreciated how quickly he was able to get to us, his thorough troubleshooting of the issue, his explanation of his findings, and his attention to detail.
