2 months agoI wish I had bought my Classic Edge from Outdoor Wood Furnaces! I wasn't very smart in 2022 and bought my Classic Edge 760 from DIWH out of Carreywood Idaho (I live on border of MT and Id). Never felt like I could ask a stupid question of DIWH ... I finally found Wes Chin at Outdoor Wood Furnaces, called him and he was very patient on phone with all my questions and let me know he travels to E Idaho to help out boiler cutomers. He came and hooked up my 2nd hot water tank w/heat exchanger to 1st electric one, checked the boiler, put in more juice, and walked me thru some things. He's very knowledgable, personable and patient! -

Anything from troubleshooting, new pumps, ashtrol, water treatment supplies, parts, heat exchangers, and beyond. 3 years agoWes was extremely pleasant to work with. Did a very neat and tidy install on my new furnace which he supplied. I had a tricky install situation with tying the new furnace to my existing propane boiler in my shop which involved a lot of rerouting lines and heat exchanger, ect.. Over the last few weeks i have had a small learning curve on using this furnace effectively and wes has been there every step of the way to help figure things out. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend you use him for your project. -
