We reached out to them in early last winter and they got us set up with a generator/propane tank incredibly quickly. Rob came back to bury our propane line once the spring melt came and did a fabulous job. They have been responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with every step of the way. He answered all my questions, and educated me along the way, advising me how to get the most out of the generator and what to do to prolong its life.
