1 year agoThe 5-star reviews for this company are likely written by employees or individuals being compensated. I made the mistake of hiring this company twice. The first time was for carpet cleaning. They spent hours cleaning, but the carpets looked worse afterward because the technician tracked mud into the walkway. To make matters worse, they leaked oil in the driveway of my brand-new house. When I pointed this out, the technician casually said, "my bad" without offering to clean it up, provide a discount, or even give a proper apology. Unfortunately, I hired them again for snow removal (not realizing it was the same company-my bad). They never actually plowed the snow, only applied ice melt twice, and charged me nearly $2,000. I called three times to discuss the charges and request a detailed breakdown of the bill, but they never returned my calls. Instead, they quickly sent me to collections. This company is deceitful, overcharges customers, and performs subpar work. How they've stayed in business this long is beyond me. It's shocking and a testament to how low our standards have become. -
