3 years agoWe have had several issues with our 7 figure install on new construction, it has been over a year now and we still have not received items that we were promised. Their communication is horrible, we call and leave messages (with a real person) and never receive a call back until we reach out multiple times. If you are not going to service your out of town installs quit doing them, but with this kind of service after the sale you probably don't have much local business. -
