    Doug and company was awesome. I live out of state and they took my 1915 historic house that had water damage and repaired it well with new but old looking tiles. He also went way and above with other things such as sprinkler initiation, recommended workers for other tasks. I trust him like a brother. He's a local farm boy with all the integrity and honesty you'd expect. You can't go wrong selecting warehouse flooring for all your flooring needs!!!!

    The flooring we ordered was great but the communication was really poor. Our order had 4 boxes that were damaged during shipment. They said if we needed the 4 boxes to call them. We called them with no answer. We emailed both addresses on their card with no response. I went down there and ordered the 4 boxes. After 2 weeks I went down there, since they never contacted us when it would arrive, to find out when to expect it. Went down the day they said it was to arrive and was informed it was not there.(No phone call or email) Repeated this process 3 more time. (No phone call or email) Finally the 4th time she finally emailed us and called that the order would be in a week. The next week she called and emailed and said the order will be in tomorrow. Went down 2 days later and finally picked up the order. All delays were supposedly due to shipping not the manufacturer?? Also found shipping tag on one box that matched the shipment date but not the received date. I Verified all this with the shipping company's website.
