2 years agoMy mother had an inspection, which went well, however the day of her appointment it all went downhill. They were hours early, and then left when the property wasn't ready. Since then they gave her the run around on another appointment, and when she finally scheduled one they didn't show. When she called they told her they weren't sure what happened and they would call her back. They haven't. Not very professional or empathetic.
