Great last minute service, travelling through town And experienced very loud noise from brakes. Called for Mechanix to check it out and they squeezed me in. After checking everything out they determined rocks were cause and provided peace of mind for remaining trip. Thank you

I had three different vehicles in for repairs and have been extremely pleased with the quality of their service. I find them to be upfront and honest. I highly recommend and I will continue to use them!

I'd give them a zero if that was an option! I took my Toyota Tundra to them in November of 2024 to have the started replaced. This cost me $1683.39. With in a few months of this my Tundra wouldn't start right away when turning the key, it would start after a few tries. I took it to City motors in Feb of 2026 to have the started replaced because it got worse and wouldn't start when it was cold out. When I picked it up from City Motors the told me on inspecting my Tundra they could tell the starter was relatively new but who ever put it in didn't secure the nut on the positive cable to the starter post and caused damage from the arc and damaged the post, that is why it had intermittent starting, they also said the heat shield was bent too. They also noticed the transmission cooler line bracket was only hand tight. The service technicians name on my receipt was Diego Lombardino. Stay away from this shop! Never again!! Worst service and scam ever! I would never recommend them to anyone!! This used to be a very good shop till they changed ownership!

Mechanix Unlimited, Inc. in Great Falls was great to work with. My Chrysler Pacifica had a suspected water pump failure. They responded fast and gave fair pricing. They also took time to verify the issue before pushing any work. One of the main techs or the owner texted me directly. Communication was easy and clear. My wife and I decided to sell the vehicle instead of repairing it. He was completely understanding and professional. No pressure. No attitude. If you want honest advice and quick communication without going to a dealership, this is the shop to call.

We underestimated our battery life in our new electric vehicle and Mechanix Unlimited went above and beyond to support us in learning about all the quirks of a new to all of us vehicle! We appreciated the responsiveness of this team and will absolutely use them again if needed.

FAQ

How does Mechanix Unlimited Towing and Repair determine pricing for towing and roadside services?

Pricing depends on factors like distance towed, vehicle type, time of day, and specific service such as flatbed transport or accident recovery. We assess these details upon arrival or during your call to provide a clear quote. Local regulations in Cascade County also guide our rates to ensure fairness.

Are you licensed and insured for towing services?

Mechanix Unlimited Towing and Repair holds all required business licenses, towing permits, and comprehensive insurance including general liability, on-hook, and cargo coverage. Our drivers maintain necessary certifications and our trucks undergo regular inspections. This setup protects your vehicle and our team during every job.

Does Mechanix Unlimited Towing and Repair handle heavy-duty vehicles and accident recovery?

We manage towing and flatbed transport for cars, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles, including 24-hour emergency towing and accident recovery across Cascade County. Photos show our operators securely loading damaged cars onto flatbed tow trucks. Our on-site auto repair services follow to address any damage.

What is the typical arrival time for your roadside assistance?

We respond to emergency calls day or night with arrival times based on your location in Cascade County and traffic conditions. Expect our team within a reasonable window after your call, prioritizing safety during transport. You can schedule non-emergency services like auto repairs during business hours.

Does Mechanix Unlimited Towing and Repair clean up after towing or accident recovery?

Our team secures and removes your vehicle without leaving debris from the towing process. We focus on safe loading onto flatbed trucks to minimize site disturbance. Any minor roadside cleanup occurs as part of standard procedure before we depart.

Why is professional towing safer than trying roadside fixes yourself?

Professional equipment like flatbed trucks prevents further vehicle damage that DIY methods such as improper lifting can cause. Our trained operators follow safety protocols for securing loads, especially for damaged cars or heavy-duty vehicles. This approach reduces risks of injury or legal issues from improper handling.
