3 months agoNOT RECOMMENDED! Please use caution when dealing with Cody Gillespie. His Intermountain Cleaning and Restoration provided cleaning services for a property we managed in Alder Montana that had a fire. For months now he has not been able to send us an invoice for his services. The landowner unfortuneately paid him over $1,500 but the land owner or my office has been able to receive an invoice on letterhead for this work. Although Cody is friendly and very nice on the phone, promised to try to send the letter by email or a picture to my phone has has not in over two weeks. He will not respond to phone calls, text messages or contact notices sent from his web site. Please us caution! We cannot recommend his services. -

Cody answered his phone the first time I reached out (no voicemail waiting game) and was pleasant to work with thereafter. He made every effort to make my concerns his priority. I appreciated that he dealt with the insurance, and since my eyes could not be there, I depended on his honesty and integrity. I recommend this company solely on my experience with the way he treated me-it's rare pleasure to treated like that! -
