3 months agoHad a broken sewer line that ended up backing up and flooding the basement. Called dayspring for clean up and they were there right away. Brian, Cody, Mark, and Jeff did an awesome job. It was amaculate when they were done. The whole process took a couple weeks for it to completely dry out, and those guys always came to check on it even came on a weekend and a holiday to just check in and see how things were drying. Hopefully I never need these services again, but if I do. Im definitely calling dayspring and asking for those 4 guys. -

FAQ
How does Dayspring Restoration determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the extent of the water damage through an initial inspection to categorize the damage level and scope of affected areas like basements or kitchens. Pricing depends on factors such as water extraction volume, drying time required, and any necessary demolition or restoration steps. We provide a detailed quote after this evaluation to ensure transparency for homeowners.
Do you offer free estimates for water damage services?
Dayspring Restoration offers free estimates to evaluate your water damage situation promptly. Our team arrives to inspect the property, explain the process, and provide a clear breakdown of costs without any upfront fees. This helps homeowners understand the full scope before committing to services.
Is Dayspring Restoration licensed and insured for water damage restoration in Montana?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance required for water damage restoration work in Montana, covering emergencies like floods and sewage backups. Our team follows industry-standard processes for safe mitigation and restoration of properties. Homeowners can verify our credentials during the initial contact for peace of mind.
What is your typical response time and arrival window for water damage emergencies?
We respond to water damage calls within the hour, as shown in cases like basement floods from bathroom leaks or sewer backups. Our 24/7 availability ensures a team arrives quickly to start water extraction and drying. Expect clear communication on timelines once we assess the situation on-site.
What does Dayspring Restoration do with debris and waste after water damage cleanup?
We remove damaged materials like drywall, baseboards, and asbestos tile flooring during demolition to prevent further issues. All waste and debris are properly disposed of following local regulations for contaminated materials from floods or sewage. Your property is left clean and safe after sanitization and restoration steps.
Why is professional water damage restoration safer than attempting DIY fixes?
Our process starts with thorough inspection and categorization to remove water quickly, then uses industrial-grade fans, dehumidifiers, and yellow duct equipment for complete drying that prevents mold growth. DIY methods often miss hidden moisture in walls or floors, leading to structural damage or health risks from bacteria. We sanitize and restore valuables professionally, ensuring long-term safety without the hazards of improper equipment or techniques.
