4 months agoHappy enough with the install they did for our home (new construction). Grouting wasn't great in a few spots and a color spot on our kitchen has bugged me for years every time I vacuum. Called 3-4 times after we moved in to have them repair (what I would think would be quick) and each time promised someone would come, no one ever did. They definitely don't support their work (basic business) and seem to forget about you after the install. Bummer as we liked the purchasing process. -

12 months agoBought our flooring and backsplash through Rich's and hired them to install floor. The guy they sent to install was complaining to other subcontractors at our house like he didn't want to do the job. We had tile pop up and grout chipping out. The grout was defective and would turn muddy when water got on it. Had to jump through hoops to have it replaced and the guy they sent to redo it missed a bunch of spots. 7 months later, and now we're still dealing with issues that no one seems to want to address or take responsibility for from this business. Reached out to one of the managers and he just doesn't want to deal with it. Would not recommend them!
