3 years agoWade and I talked about what needed to happen in replacing a 30+ year old furnace unit and flue pipe. Once he came and saw what he was getting into, we got the appointment booked and locked in. The day of the appointment he was right on time and ready to go out of the chute. He laid down protective tarps while traversing in/out and made sure to be aware of the items he carried as to not damage walls, furniture, or the item. He worked the day away with removal of the old unit, custom fabrication and installation of the new furnace, then tested for function and ideal settings. Wade, is now on the hook for any updates that I will have in the future thank you! -

(Thank the good lord it was not in the middle of winter) We made a call to Arrowseal of Billings HVAC, he was able to get to our house within an hour, a quick fix to get us some heat through the weekend, then out first thing this morning to get the new part installed! We HIGHLY recommend Wade for all your heating and cooling needs. He was incredible. Friendly, informative,honest, full of knowledge, and so personable! -
