9 months agoContacted Med Waste a while ago regarding disposing of our biohazard containers. Their rep Chrisi was super friendly and informative about what steps we should take with a small issue we had. She was patient and was checking in randomly to see if we have decided how to go forward. I finally set up a removal of containers and they sent out two gentlemen (Jim and Tyerelle) who came to remove them for our office. These two gentlemen were very thoughtful, patient and professional. I was very pleased with the service we have received from both Chrisi, Jim and Tyerelle. We will be using them in the future, thank you all for your kindness and patience. -
