3 months agoAmerican eagle waste missed a pickup due to bad weather. They were supposed to pick up the next day or 2 and never did. When I called about receiving services and a credit, the owner screamed at me and told me it was my fault that roads weren't cleared. I spoke calmly with this man child but he continued to disrespect me and yell at me. I would not use this company since they have no customer service skills and hate women. -
