9 months agoTrying to buy carpet and lady was to give a quote then comes with my information doesn't match and can't proceed when I'm paying for it don't have a acct and first time here worst service ever... trying to buy 3000 sqft of materials not asking them to pay for it or give free but apparently they don't want money... never again coming here -

1 year agoI never went to carpet shoppe to look for flooring because I always thought they would be on the pricier side but i decided to go in on a whim. Now I probably wont go anywhere else. They were cheaper and way more personable than Discount Dave's. Kristen was so kind and patient with me, as I took forever picking out what flooring I wanted and then our timeline got pushed back due to another project. She's awesome to work with. My installer was Bo Reynolds and I am so pleased with his work. He communicated well, was kind and respectful and worked VERY efficiently. He was also so sweet to my dog which I always appreciate because she can be a handful. He was well priced too. So far, I am very happy.
