6 months agoMy technician Sam told me that the garage door lift he was installing only came with 1 remote. When I looked online I saw that the brand always includes two remotes. When I asked about it coming with two remotes, he said "well I can GIVE you an extra." He grabs it out of his truck and it's already programmed to my house, but it only came with one according to him!?!? Why do you need a remote to my house, and why lie and tell me it only came with one? I was also charged 350 for a lift that is only 189-199 online. Mark up yes but double? 80 for a bracket and 220 for labor. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! FAR AWAY! -

7 months agoTerrific job. No upselling. Bill and Greg were to the point. Greg came to look at our garage door, figured out the problem and came back next day to fix it. We had consulted few other garage door companies before this and they had declared our garage door problem irreparable. We were told we would have to replace both our garage doors because the type we had is no longer available. An expense easily in the range of 7000 to 13000 depending on the type of garage door and company we select. We were informed about Bill's American Garage Door and luckily we called. Greg was able to fix that problem without the need to replace the whole garage door. I highly recommend this company. -
