1 year agoI can't recommend Fineline's services because the level of communication and customer service has been incredibly poor. We've been experiencing issues after our install and attempted to reach out to Joe multiple times to fix it. He's chosen to ignore our calls and emails. One instance he made an appointment to check it out, but then never showed up and provided no warning. It now appears that his business email is no longer active and he is still ignoring my phone calls. -

2 years agoWe were working with someone else from the company but later got a letter from Joe saying that person doesn't work with him anymore and he would be taking over. We talked on the phone and he said he would stop by to see where the other guy left. That was the last I heard from Joe. I called and texted but no response. They already got paid and now the mortgage company keeps asking for updates on repairs. I wouldn't recommend this company. -

2 years agoWe have had excuses after excuses for why he we weren't seeing any progress on our job, one supplier threatened us for payment because Joe never paid them. Job is finally done, but we were worried he wouldn't finish, that it would sit unfinished through the winter or that we'd get a ton of bills from suppliers or workers after the fact. -

2 years agoI signed with them in April for a detached 3 car garage and it still isnt done. We told him multiple times that we needed it done by the first snowfall but that didnt happen. He also dosent respond to messages and calls for days especially when he was supposed to be here to work. He has given me excuse after excuse as to why it isnt done but when he uses the same excuses multiple times i stopped believing him. Update: garage finally finished Dec 1st Update 2: i was just served with a intent to lein from a sub contractor for my garage after i paid in full. -
