2 months agoWe have been a customer for almost a year and so pleased. We recently had an issue with our furnace that was making a lot of noise. I called Lieberman to come out and check it out. They had an opening the next day. That was fine. I was pleased the could get to me so quick. But the noise was really loud and my wife and 4 kids were wondering how we might sleep through the noise. I got a call from Josh (tech for Lieberman) at 5pm on the same day asking if he would like for him to arrive in 20 min instead of the next day. I was shocked and thought that was amazing. Josh came over and fixed the problem on the same day. We didn't have to sleep elsewhere for the night. We are customers for life!!! Thank you Josh!! -

3 months agoWe had one of those "$49 system check" companies come out, and sure enough, they told us our system was dangerous - claiming we had a gas leak in the heat exchanger and that the entire unit needed to be replaced. This immediately raised red flags for us. We have carbon monoxide detectors throughout our home, and they've never gone off. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Karl Lieber Heating and Cooling. Best decision we could have made. They arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed everything at no charge, and clearly explained that our system was completely fine and did not need to be replaced. They also pointed out that heat exchangers come with warranties - and ours was still under warranty - something the first company conveniently failed to mention. Karl Lieber Heating and Cooling proved to be exactly what you hope for in a service company: honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive. I will never use another HVAC company again. They are officially my go-to, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants straight answers and integrity. -
