With three kids at home and relying on space heaters, the office staff quickly worked to get us scheduled and even moved the appointment up as availability opened. The technician, Ben King, arrived earlier than expected and was professional and thorough, taking time to explain the issue to my husband over the phone. Ben also provided helpful recommendations on air filtration after I shared concerns about pet hair impacting the system. Ben diagnosed the issue as a faulty control board, and Cory worked directly with the manufacturer to secure a replacement despite industry backorders. The repair was completed promptly, and our home is warm again. I cannot thank Cory and his team enough for their outstanding professionalism and customer service.
