12 years agoI have been most impressed with the responsiveness from Dee anytime I have had any problems, which have been very few; she has responded quickly and has always compensated me for anything in which I had an issue. I am very picky about my home and its cleanliness in detail, so I probably notice things most people wouldn't. I am unable to clean myself because of physical issues. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism of her staff. They are very friendly and pleasant. -

12 years agoOur Dee's Cleaning Team is simply remarkable. I have used Dee's Cleaning for the past seven years. The crew is consistently punctual, professional, efficient, and cheerful. They arrive completely stocked with cleaning supplies and vacuum sweepers. Dee has the crew keep a file with them listing our preferences for cleaning supplies and detailed instructions for items of attention. Dee encourages us to call her if something is ever missed and will even show up the next day herself to clean something accidentally missed. We are also encouraged to contact Dee if a cleaning visit needs to be rescheduled to accomodate our busy social calendar. Security for our personal items has never been an issue. Our Dee's Cleaning Team consists of the same ladies visit after visit and they all receive ample retraining on how to keep our home clean and smelling great. -
