10 years agoThe whole job took forever. I had to contact the BBB just to get this contractor to respond to my phone calls. I paid the owner michael half of what he was charging me upfront for the job, that was supposed to be done in 2 weeks and it took him over a month to finish. He ignored my phone calls for weeks, left multiple messages for him and had no response. i needed the inspection to be completed to be able to finish my drywall and he failed multiple times. Robert was supposed to be doing the floors for me and i paid him 600 seperately and he still never finish the work. I would never use this company again. very unprofessional. -

10 years agoThe tech that came to my house was Robert. He was super friendly and very professional. He made sure to place booties on to cover his shoes, as well as explained in layman's terms what the issue was and how he would fix it. It was such a quick fix that he didn't charge for labor as he said "it would automatically charge an hour and that wouldn't be fair since it took just 15mins to fix. so he just billed the items needed for the repair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest contractor who is going to waste your time nor your money.

FAQ
How does All Phaze Electrical Service determine pricing, and can I get an estimate before you start work?
We base our pricing on the type of electrical work needed, the size of the project, and how complex the wiring or panel upgrades will be. For most residential and commercial jobs, we discuss the scope with you first so you understand what is involved before any work begins. We can provide a general estimate based on your description and then refine it once we see the actual conditions at your property. This approach helps you understand the expected cost of wiring, panel work, troubleshooting, or repairs before we move forward.
Are you licensed and insured, and how do you make sure your electrical work is up to code?
All Phaze Electrical Service is a professional electrical contractor that performs work to meet current electrical codes and safety standards. We stay focused on code-compliant installation and upgrades for wiring, panels, and other electrical components in both homes and commercial spaces. Our team uses proper materials and methods so that repairs and new installations are safe, durable, and appropriate for the building. This code-focused approach helps keep your property protected and reduces the risk of future electrical issues.
Does All Phaze Electrical Service handle panel upgrades, new wiring, and neat conduit installation like in your photos?
We handle a full range of electrical work, including installing and upgrading wiring and electrical panels for residential and commercial properties. Our projects include running new circuits, organizing wiring, and installing conduit so systems are safe, tidy, and easy to service. We also troubleshoot problem areas in existing systems to repair or re-route wiring as needed. Whether you need a new panel, additional circuits, or cleaner, more efficient wiring runs, we can plan and complete that work for you.
What should I expect for scheduling, arrival times, and how long typical electrical jobs take at my property?
All Phaze Electrical Service schedules work based on the scope of the electrical project and the access you have available at your home or business. Smaller troubleshooting and repair visits may be completed in a single appointment, while larger wiring or panel upgrades can take longer depending on how much of the system is being updated. We coordinate an appointment window with you and explain what parts of the property may need to be accessed. Before starting, we also discuss any times when power may need to be shut off so you can plan around that.
How will All Phaze Electrical Service leave my home or business after completing electrical work?
We aim to leave your space as orderly as possible after installing or repairing wiring, panels, or other electrical components. Our technicians take steps such as using shoe covers inside and keeping tools and materials organized while they work. When the job is finished, we pick up debris from the electrical work area and remove our materials and packaging. You can expect the electrical system to be neat and accessible, with the work area left in a clean, usable condition.
Why should I hire you for electrical work instead of trying to do it myself?
We work with residential and commercial electrical systems every day, so we understand how to install and troubleshoot wiring, panels, and circuits safely. Electrical work involves live power, code requirements, and potential fire and shock hazards that are easy to overlook without proper training. Our team uses the right tools and methods to diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs or upgrades without creating hidden problems in your walls or panel. Hiring us helps ensure your system is safe, efficient, and compliant, which is difficult to guarantee with DIY work.
