3 years agoThis company did commercial work and absolutely did a hack job. They cut holes in the drywall and put the pieces back the hole with no mud, tape etc. not even one screw to hold it in. They also did not run the wire proper or to code and then were rude when I asked them questions about it. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them. Pictures to follow. -

FAQ
How does Branham by Suburban Electrical Services estimate the cost of electrical work, and can I get a quote before you start?
We provide pricing based on the specific electrical work needed, such as adding receptacles, installing outlets, or troubleshooting power issues in your home or commercial facility. We discuss the scope of work with you first so you understand what is involved and why certain tasks may take more time or materials. We can provide a quote before work begins so you have a clear idea of expected costs. Our goal is to offer fair pricing that matches the level of skill and care required for safe, code-compliant electrical installations and repairs.
Are you licensed and insured, and how do I know I can trust your electricians in my home or business?
Our work is performed by professional electricians who are experienced with both residential and commercial electrical systems. Our team follows electrical codes and safety standards on every job, from basic outlet installs to more complex power troubleshooting. We focus on clean, code-compliant installations that help keep your property safe and powered correctly. Branham by Suburban Electrical Services maintains proper licensing and insurance requirements for operating as an electrical contractor in Missouri.
Does Branham by Suburban Electrical Services handle both basic outlet installs and complex power troubleshooting, including work on panels and equipment racks?
We handle a wide range of electrical work, from straightforward outlet and receptacle installs to diagnosing and repairing more complex power issues. In homes, that can mean tracking down why outlets in part of a basement or kitchen are not working and restoring safe power. In commercial or facility settings, we also work on more involved electrical systems, including wiring and power distribution for equipment racks and similar setups. Our approach is to identify the root cause of the issue and make repairs that are safe, durable, and in line with electrical code.
What should I expect for scheduling, arrival times, and how long typical electrical jobs take at my home or facility?
Branham by Suburban Electrical Services schedules work in set appointment windows and arrives when scheduled, so you know when to expect us. Many common jobs, such as adding a few receptacles or troubleshooting a localized power problem, can be completed in a single visit, depending on what we find. More involved commercial projects or extensive residential upgrades may require additional time, which we explain before we start. We work efficiently while still taking the time needed to do the job safely and correctly.
How does Branham by Suburban Electrical Services handle cleanup and any openings made in walls or ceilings during electrical work?
We make a point to respect your home or facility by keeping the work area as neat as possible and cleaning up after ourselves when the job is done. When we need to open walls, ceilings, or access panels to reach wiring, we work carefully to minimize the size and number of openings. We remove debris, packaging, and scrap materials generated by our electrical work, rather than leaving them behind. If additional finishing work, such as drywall repair or painting, is needed beyond the electrical scope, we explain that so you can plan for those follow-up steps.
Why is it safer to have you troubleshoot and repair electrical problems instead of trying to fix them myself?
Electrical systems can be hazardous if they are not diagnosed and repaired correctly, even when the problem seems as simple as a few outlets not working. Our electricians understand how circuits, panels, and protective devices interact, so we can track down issues without creating hidden hazards like loose connections, overloaded circuits, or code violations. We use proper tools, testing equipment, and procedures to verify that power is restored safely and that the underlying problem has truly been fixed. Having us handle the work reduces the risk of shocks, fire, and repeat failures that can result from trial-and-error DIY electrical repairs.
