5 months agoIt was time to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system and after getting a very high quote from a large company who just sent out a pushy sales guy, I had Spartan Mechanical come out for a second opinion. Josh and James came out, who clearly knew more than just a sales person, and they were able to explain in layman terms what I needed. I was quoted the same system plus additional items (UV light, humidifier, a new damper, etc) for thousands less and they made 100% certain the system was working properly. Don't mess around with getting other estimates, these guys are top notch and genuine. -

Josh and James came the same day we called them, and had the AC unit fixed the next day. They are incredibly honest and transparent with their work. 2 years agoJosh and James came out to check our AC. We had a bid from a big company that was outrageous. They checked everything out and told us our AC was just fine for now. They then proceeded to fix a dryer vent next to the ac unit just because. This all was done at no charge. We're willing to stick with an honest company any day and look forward to working with Spartan in the future. -

2 years agoI've known James for years. He's a good friend and a great professional. Given the choice he's the only one I want touching HVAC in my houses. He's done work in at least 2 & there's no one better. He's timely, honest, upfront & very capable. Even peak season, to make sure things are working properly, or fixing them when they're down. Including installing entire systems that run smoothly when he's done. I'd gladly give my money to his business than to a large corporation. I KNOW when he says he's working on, or fixing xyz part etc. he's actually fixing it. Not just saying he is and then charging me for it. 5 stars hands down. Don't waste your time elsewhere, have it done right the first time. -
