2 months agoWe did a lot of research before settling on Borrelli Plastering & Sons for our exterior EIFS repair project, and we could not have been happier with this choice. Andre is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable at what he does, which is important when dealing with EIFS. He was able to frame around one of our windows to match the EIFS framing around our other windows, and he was very deliberate ensuring a top-notch quality to his work. We are very grateful to have found someone we trust for any future EIFS repairs we may need. -

11 months agoAndre, Sr. is wonderful!!!!!! I was in a difficult situation after having to basically move out of my 1952 home due to compromised ceilings; one bedroom partially collapsed in the middle of the night. I was ghosted by one contractor and another couldn't get me on the schedule for three weeks. But Andre, Sr. called me back within minutes after I had talked to his son. I wish he had been the first contractor I called to save myself some stress. He came the next day to assess the situation and gave me a bid on the spot. We scheduled the work shortly thereafter, and he showed up when he said he would. He also made me feel confident the ceiling is secure and no longer compromised. His communication is the best of any contractor I've dealt with; he answers the phone every single time I call. He is an honest, good person; for example, upon closer inspection, he ended up not needing to do one of the smaller rooms so he took that part off the job even after I had already agreed to his bid. He could have easily done the room and gotten paid, but he said he couldn't, in good conscience, do work that wasn't necessary. Not to mention, his work is stunning! The photos don't even do justice to how smooth the ceiling looks. Andre, Sr. is a true GEM. Five stars isn't enough! -
