From the first call through installation, LLoyd gave me an honest diagnostic and multiple options. He quoted three paths. I had two other companies bid. I was not in a rush and did the homework. The others couldn't compete and some left me shaking my head at their upsell tactics. Lloyd is upfront, tells it like it is. On the install day, Mike and Lloyd showed up early, did the walkthrough and absolutely rocked the install. TL;DR; For any future A/C needs, they are my first call. Trustworthy, skilled, local - call Brown Heating & Air Conditioning. -
