9 months agoOur upstairs air conditioner unit quit working and I was informed someone would be out the next day. Nathan showed up bright and early the next am and understood I was on a time crunch due to a previously scheduled appointment for myself later that morning. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem so that our unit was up and running before I had to leave for my appointment. He was upfront about all of the costs involved and very informative regarding what was going on with the unit. I really appreciate the quick response time and ability to fix my AC in a timely, efficient manner. -

1 year agoMD repair stole $91 from me. A hard working dad that has a baby at home. Called this company because they were friends of friends and thought wow how refreshing, a company i can trust. Nope. I was wrong. Came out. Told me the unit in question needed a full replacement and then when i asked to get an estimate and also receive documentation stating the unit was out of code, no such information was provided. Almost a month later i had to contact them again and was finally provided with the estimate and documentation. Mind you the unit was fixed the next day after they came out (by another company) so I'm not so sure they even looked at the right unit to begin with. Multiple emails have been sent asking for a refund of the $90 service fee but to no avail. This would be the last company I'd call if i needed something done. Best of luck if you take your shot with them. -

1 year agoCrisis of crisis. No heat just before Thanksgiving. Their schedule was chock full. Michael called that evening and said he didn't know when but he would get heat the next day. He did and at a reasonable price. Bright, knew how to trouble shoot and we have heat. This is the company you always hope to find!!
