When it didn't come close to matching our existing floor, I called Veteran Flooring (Wish I had called before we did it ourselves). Erik was quick to respond & quote. He answered my numerous questions & assured me it would all work out. Will, John & Bobby were great at the time of refinishing. Will was patient & informative on the options from floor vents to color choices. It was very clear that this group was very knowledgeable & took great pride in their work! John even sent us pictures as he finished up as we were staying elsewhere. Absolutely love our refinished floors! -

4 weeks agoLet me start by saying our hardwood floors after being refinished look fantastic! We are super pleased with them. I attached a before and after pic. In the process of being refinished, the sander went over one of our kitchen tiles and cracked it. It's older tile and the veteran team tried to find a match. The finished result is less than ideal and now I think we will have to redo our whole kitchen floor as a result because it doesn't look so hot! Color match is good but texture, size, and grout of the tile is incorrect. -
