9 years agoThey came and solved the problem. It was for a very short time. They were good. The person who came out was very, very nice. There was no charge for the second visit. They were just as good as the first time around, no questions asked. They came out, no charge. Same person, I requested the same person. No problems getting it scheduled again. Except the second time around, I had to wait about three weeks because it wasn't the highest priority on their end, and it was something that wasn't an emergency. The first time around was different because birds were starting to build a nest, and they came out right away. I caught them right before their season started, so my timing was good. The second time, it took about three weeks from the time I called them until the time they came out. But they came out as promised, in the time frame as promised. They were very punctual both times. They were very punctual, very professional, and I would recommend them very highly. They can improve nothing. They did exactly what I needed them to do. They were very reasonable in price. I was very happy with them. -

He explained everything clearly, asked me if I had questions etc. I have had them back twice and have the quarterly service. ( they will co,e back in between scheduled services if you feel you need them)
