4 weeks agoCharlie and his Rock Creek crew did an amazing roofing job on my father's house. They were on time, courteous, respectful and fast but not rushed. Extremely reasonably priced. I walked around the house to pickup leftover trash or materials, there was absolutely not a thing to pick up. They not only picked up their trash but trash that they didn't make. I would highly recommend Rock Creek Roofing and Construction!!! -

3 years agoI attempted to use Rock Creek for a very large remodeling job of my house. When the job started the work done was decent. But as the job progressed things went bad. A massive pile of debris, garbage and building materials was left rotting in my yard for nearly a year. I had to clean it up myself by hand and discovered materials from other jobs dumped in the pile. Not even from my house. Communication was very poor. I asked for a written contract multiple times and even drafted one myself but they never signed or provided me one. Work was very slow and many times my design choices were regarded with complaints and dislike or disregard. The work was infrequent and several very big, obvious mistakes were made in my bathroom that when I asked for them to be fixed weeks without attempts to fix I finally called it quits. I of course recieved no response to my dismissal, never recieved my keys back, had to clean up the messes they left behind and did not recieve any refund from my VERY large deposit. Would not recommend Rock Creek for any kind of large or lengthy job. -

My wife and I have now hired Rock Creek Roofing and Construction for several major projects. We appreciate how Charlie takes a hands-on on approach and always explains the details of each job with full transparency. Charlie's pricing has remained highly competitive but not to the point of sacrificed quality, which was important to us. Lastly, his team clearly enjoys working for Rock Creek. They have all been extremely friendly and quick to engage if you have a question.
