1 month agoThe experience with Elevate Design + Build has been phenomenal. From our initial consultation with Sean, we have had a seamless build that has met our expectations at every turn. The real star of our build process has been our Construction Supervisor Chad Slavens. His attention to detail, prompt and open communication, and follow-through has given us the comfort and trust that every detail was done with care and precision. Since most of the build process is working with your construction supervisor, having Chad as our POC gave us a ton of confidence and peace of mind. The Elevate team also partners with amazing vendors that took the care to understand what we wanted in our home and delivered finishes that we can't wait to live in. We highly recommend working with Elevate Design + Build for your custom home. They truly create a personalized experience that delivers not just a "house" but "home" designed around you. -

2 months agoWe are in the process of buying a spec home from Elevate, and holy cow, this has been the easiest home buying experience we have had. Sean has been so quick to come up with solutions for the things we wanted tweaked, and extremely responsive to all of our questions. To begin with, these houses scream WELL THOUGHT OUT DESIGN! The second we walked in the door of the two spec homes we randomly stumbled upon (going to look at another house in the same neighborhood), we noticed the beautiful upgrades and fun quirks that we just haven't found in the other (many) new builds we have toured. We had the hardest time picking one of the two houses by this builder we found, they were both absolutely beautiful. I'm so excited to move in. Closing day can't come soon enough! If you want a builder who won't make you wait days on end for answers, who knows how to problem solve and won't jerk you around, I would highly recommend hiring them. Thank you for everything, Sean! Update: Today is closing day and I just have to add that our final walkthroughs (two of them because we are moving from out of state) were surprisingly very pleasant. Cole was awesome about blue taping stuff I didn't even notice, and Chad was completely on the ball with getting things completed in what I know was a huge rush to accommodate our quick close request. They got stuff done, and done well. I can already tell they stand by the work they do, and they will be back for any fixes we need in the next year of home ownership. They sincerely couldn't be nicer people to work with, and their work ethic is impressive. -

5 months agoEdited to add 1 year later: we just hit our 1yr and our experience with Elevate has been amazing. Cole, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with and has been extremely responsive to a few minor issues we've had and came a few weeks ago for our 11mo walk through to get our list of items needing repaired. Our list included minor things like chipped tile, nail pops, some drywall cracking, leaky faucet, etc and some of these are to be expected as the house settles. Cole has been over nearly every day this week to make repairs. He's courteous and respectful of our home, he's thorough, and has great attention to detail. He's a great communicator and follows through. He went above and beyond and ensured every item on our list was addressed and resolved. We are beyond satisfied with our build, home, and experience and I cannot recommend Elevate enough! We recently purchased a new home built by Elevate Design + Build and the process has been great. The home is nicely built and the builders have been excellent to work with. Our relator was very impressed by the build and their attention to detail. We met with the builders after the seller accepted our offer to look over the home and make any improvements or fixes. Then we hired an inspector and even he thought the home was nicely built, and there were only a few minor things he suggested be done upon the inspection. We submitted those to the seller/builders and they completed all of them and in a timely manner. We did a final walk through with the builder the night before closing. The place had been cleaned and looked great, and they fixed everything we asked! They offered to come back in a few weeks once we move in and take care of any wall damage from the move. They also will check in at 90d and 11mo to see what items need to be updated of fixed since everything is under warranty for a year. I hope they continue to be great over the next year when we inevitably reach out for help. Shout out to Jeremy and Forest for being an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new home!
