4 years agoWe were a subcontractor for them on a project. The project was the worst managed project I've ever been a part of. Even though other trades delayed our work, they held us financially liable holding monthly pay applications and then final payments. The weekly and monthly letters saying we didn't meet their unrealistic schedule that wasn't updated with delays caused by others was overwhelming. They refused to acknowledge their subcontractors delayed us. They also refused to manage their project. Their idea of managing a project is to get all the subcontractors in the same room and let them figure it out. If you are a subcontractor, do not work for this contractor. If you are an owner, look for someone else to build your project. You will see better quality and value going with someone else.
