15 years agoPrevious experience with him was great. This time a disaster. 1. Did not cover stairs to third floor with sheet we left for that purpose and had sawdust over our whole third floor as well as our computers which were there. He assured us he would block the third floor off. 2. Promised to finished floors in bed room and hall with a water based poly that was semi gloss. The finish floor had a dull appearance. His response when asked was 'That the semi gloss water based poly doesn't get any shinier. We had refinished the other two rooms on that floor with a water based semi gloss poly and the floors had a nice gloss. We are refinishing the floors he did and again are finding a semi-gloss water based poly is quite shiny. 3. Did a poor to nonexistent sanding job on some of the molding on the stairs and put one piece of molding back on reversed. All in all a poor job and money poorly spent since we will have to redo the floors ourselves. -

15 years agoHe came and did a beautiful job. There was one problem with a little patch so he came back and fixed it up. There wasn't any problem and it wasn't his fault or anything he just handled it. He responded right away and he was a very pleasant man. He was very professional, he explained us what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He explained what products he was going to use and why he was going to use those products. I'm impressed enough that we are getting our upstairs work done and he will be back to refinish the floors upstairs. -

20 years agoI DIDN'T FEEL AS IF I WAS APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY WAS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT A HABIT TO SHOW UP ON TIME. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
