2 months agoThey were awesome to work with and had great customer service, everybody that I interacted with. I called a number of pest and Wildlife companies to help deal with a squirrel that got into my house, and the large majority of them were incredibly rude and hung up on me as soon as they figured out that I wasn't in their service area. In addition, the owner of one local pest removal companies was incredibly rude to me and got me confused with another customer and "canceled" my appointment because he thought I was calling again. I was shocked in my search at the abysmal service I was given, but Titan was awesome the entire time. Every service provider who came out was kind and professional and got the job done as quick as they could. And Joy was truly a joy to work with, very patient and helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as possible.
