13 years agoI would never, under any circumstances, work with this provider again. It was clear that, while they'd sold "Holiday" housecleaning specials, they had dramatically oversold themselves. When I contacted them at the beginning of December, I was told they couldn't clean my home until after the new year. This meant I had to hire someone else to clean the house in preparation for the Christmas holiday. I scheduled a date in January, and then when that date rolled around, the owner called to inform me that he needed to reschedule. I rescheduled with them, and then they called again the day of the scheduled cleaning to say they had to reschedule again. I had taken time off work to be there, and had family coming into town that weekend, so I told them they needed to figure out a way to be there that day. They showed up around 1pm (instead of 8am), and cleaned until around 8pm (we have a large house), which was, of course, well into our dinner and family time. When they said they were done, I was beyond ready for them to be out of my house. However, when I walked through the house to inspect it after they left, I saw that I could have done a better job by myself in half the time. -
