7 months agoConstantly skips dumping services and blames the customer. We have a gate that doesn't open until 6am. He tries to come at 4am. Doesn't dump the trash since he can't get in. Still charges us and blamed us for the gate when I called him out. -

1 year agoOne of the drivers did a hit and run on my fiancé's truck several weeks ago and they've been dodging his calls ever since. The company clearly has no intention of making this right, so I guess we're stuck with a huge scratch down the entire bed of an expensive, newer truck. We understand that accidents happen, but it was 100% the driver's fault (we have witnesses) and he did a hit and run! Watch out if you see one of their trucks- the company doesn't care if a driver hits your vehicle! -

1 year agoThis "company" is literally Garbage. They skipped a week of picking up and would not compensate me for my loss of service that week. They have absolutely no customer service skills. When we called to ask questions about our missed service, they were extremely rude to me and my wife.The woman who answers the phone cursed at me when she hung up, so I immediately canceled my service with them, and moved to KC Disposal. KC Disposal has very kind customer service, and had my new bins to me the next morning with zero loss in service. KC Disposal even offers recycling and the standard service rate is cheaper than Jim's too!
