2 months agoBellis Heating & Cooling is a top notch company! My furnace went out 2/25/2025 it wasn't an easy fix for them. It was Ashton working diligently of several hours at my home with several calls and several hours on the phone to technical support with the manufacturer of my furnace to get the correct part. And my furnace is now up and running! I could grumble and be unhappy it took a week but I am not! Because I witnessed how hard Ashton worked to get it up and running! Professional and kind technicians. Ashton is a Great technician! He was determined to get my heat going! Thank you So Much Ashton! -

From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our furnace, explained what he was doing as he went, and clearly identified the issues that needed attention. What stood out most was how well Ashton communicated next steps. He carefully explained what repairs were needed and exactly what supporting documentation he would be sending to the home warranty company, so there were no surprises or confusion. Everything was handled efficiently and promptly, which made the entire process stress-free. The service was fast and effective, and because this was handled through our home warranty, the diagnosis only cost the $75 deductible-excellent value for such high-quality service. Ashton was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Ashton did an outstanding job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or request him again. Thank you, Ashton, for such excellent service! -
