2 months agoI was in a serious accident that totaled my vehicle. The police had my car towed because it was blocking traffic. Earlier this year, in May, my family and I lost our home due to a tornado, and many of the few belongings my child and I still had were inside the vehicle - it had essentially become our temporary home. When I contacted the tow yard to retrieve our personal items, I was told I would have to pay $600 just to access our belongings - not to release the vehicle, but simply to get our things out. I was then told I could only take a car seat and either a birth certificate or Social Security card. Given the circumstances, this was incredibly upsetting and felt deeply unfair. At a time when we were already dealing with significant loss and trauma, being denied access to our personal property unless we paid such a high fee showed a lack of compassion and understanding during an emergency. -

2 months agoBrandon was really sweet, nicest tow truck I've had so far when I was stranded in STL (2 tire blowout). Price wasn't too bad either. Definitely better than being stranded there- he even offered to wait for us at the tire place in case he needed to take us to a different one. Would definitely use this service again! -

4 months agoI had the worst experience dealing with this place , I called and check about my car being tow here and it was due they was about to close I couldn't make that day I was giving information that if I had my fiancé came he would need a notarize letter with giving permission to get my vehicle , so the next I went myself wasn't never told I need cash only and that I need my bill of sale or title notarized so upon get they I learned all the extra stuff. And the fact that I need my fiancé tool bag because in need of work I wasn't allowed to to get it only I could get is my keys and handicap stickers smh mind you my fiancé had to work so while waiting on my uber to come the women at the desk is talk to the other guy and drugs and how she only buy her pills from him in which I think is unprofessional and against the law to sell medication she was very rude and had no compassion for helping anyone even while she answered the phone.Please be careful dealing with this company because they don't hire professionals workers and the customer service is trash...
