1 month agoWe had him out to vacuum our Mini Split unit down. He was very professional and really knowledgeable. The mini split was a brand new unit and I wanted it vacuumed down to ensure there was no air in the lines prior to opening the system for the first time. He had it done and under an hour and that's with performing nitrogen test pressure tests and the good old soap bubble test. -

3 months agoWe messed up our mini split install and left messages for several contractors. Though it was the weekend, Sean got back with us literally right away. As of this writing, the other contractor still has not gotten back with us. He Showed up Monday morning on time, found the problem. A simple issue and he fixed it! He could have easily made up anything and I wouldn't have known the difference. He drove a good way out to our home as well, we live waaaay out in the country. He just charged minimum visit and was done SUPER fast. We'll use him again for sure. -

3 months agoSean and Shane installed a new heat pump. They found a wiring issue under the house regarding the heat strips for the unit that the previous HVAC company (15 years ago) said NOTHING about. We were able to get an electrician out and both companies worked together on the electrical. Reasonable, right on time, worked on Saturday and then after the electric was done Sean came back out to turn on the AC switch. So happy we now have a new heat pump unit. They also hooked up a vent that wasn't connected to anything but was in our hallway letting heat escape. They did address all our concerns, whether real or imagined. Stantons did an excellent job and we could not be happier. Great job!
