2 months agoI don't do a lot of reviews, but they deserve this!! I had an issue with my stand alone generator. Alexis, Dustin & Bill took care of me from the very beginning!!! Bill showed up on time (both appointments) and really knows his craft. He answered every question that I asked and if he didn't, or wasn't sure, he actually made phone calls and found out. It's crazy, but I truly feel if I had gone with another company, they wouldn't have gone the extra mile the way Innovate (Bill) did. Thank you Innovate Electric -

FAQ
How does Innovate Electric determine pricing for electrical work?
We provide transparent, upfront estimates before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect cost-wise. Our pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your project-whether it's a simple outlet repair, panel upgrade, or EV charger installation. We break down labor, materials, and timeline clearly during the estimate, and there are no surprises when the job is complete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Innovate Electric operates with full licensing and insurance to protect both your home and our team. This ensures all work meets local electrical codes and safety standards. When you hire a licensed electrician, you're protecting yourself from potential hazards and liability that can arise from unlicensed or inexperienced work.
Can Innovate Electric install EV chargers and handle panel upgrades?
Yes, we specialize in both EV charger installation and electrical panel work, along with wiring, lighting, and safety components for homes and businesses. Our team has hands-on experience with modern electrical systems and can assess whether your current panel supports EV charging or if an upgrade is needed. We ensure all installations are code-compliant and ready for your home's power demands.
What should I expect regarding scheduling and power outages during the work?
Innovate Electric works with you to schedule appointments that fit your needs and minimizes disruption to your daily life. For many projects, power will need to be turned off temporarily for safety-we'll let you know in advance how long outages will last and can often schedule work during times least disruptive to your routine. Our team communicates clearly about timelines so you can plan accordingly.
How does Innovate Electric handle cleanup and debris after electrical work?
We leave your home in clean, safe condition after completing any project. Our team removes debris, secures all materials properly, and ensures work areas are organized. Whether it's rough-in wiring, panel installation, or lighting work, we take responsibility for the job site so you don't have to worry about cleanup or safety hazards.
Why is hiring a professional electrician safer than doing electrical work yourself?
Electrical work involves serious safety risks-incorrect wiring can cause electrocution, electrical fires, or damage to your home's systems. Licensed electricians have specialized training, proper tools, and knowledge of local codes to ensure work is done safely and correctly the first time. Professional work also comes with accountability; if issues arise after completion, we address them rather than leaving you responsible for mistakes.
