1 year agoPoorly run crews. I was in a state park, got unloaded and made it to the middle of the lake in my kayak. 20 minutes later a very bold fellow told me to move my truck or it would be towed. No signage, no one stopped me coming in, spoke with the manager and it seemed absolutely no thought or preparation goes into the operation. -

2 years agoYou have a formeman/driver passed out drunk on the side in his truck. Called and got told its not their business what their drivers do. This was around 8:30 am july 25th 2023 -

2 years agoA pickup truck pulling an enclosed trailer cut me off in Osage beach mo. A little while ago ! I went thru and read some of the remarks here and wow ? What kind of company allows all this ? I bet if you took away all the employees and f&f review's things would not look pretty ! Are your drivers trained ? Do they know just because they have their cruise control on doesn't mean you can whip around the car in front of you and cut people off ! I would think that contact your insurance company and asking them to look at your reviews now and periodically in the future would be a barter way as it seems you do nothing this way -

3 years agoI unfortunately got behind on of their semi's on I-70 and the driver did not clean or clear his deck on his trailer of rocks and debris causing him to throw rocks all over my car. They caused over $5,000 in damages to my new car. I talked them about it and was told to get an estimate which I did. A whole week later they finally call and wanted to only offer to pay to have my car cleaned and the fill the cracked windshield that can't be filled because it's already started to run. Seriously? Take responsibility for you actions ESS! My car needs a new windshield and my hood needs repainted from all the rock you threw on it!!! -
