7 months agoDean and Scott did a wonderful job of coming in taking down the old fixtures and installing the new ones. They worked well together asked for my input when needed. We have worked with Jed for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for our electrical work. Dependable on time and great results. Thank you for taking the worry out of our everyday needs by providing us with a great team of guys. -

1 year agoShowed up without the correct tools or equipment for the job. I accepted their quote of 5x 2 man labor hours (pictured). On the day of the appointment, only one technician showed up with square fan units to fit into circular mounts, and without a tracer to address my overhead light issue. Did not have a solution to the shorting plugs when HVAC kicks on, and told me to buy and install bigger outlet covers. I was charged for three hours of labor to tighten my circuit box connections and a switch cover (pictured). The owner never returned my calls regarding how to finish the job with correct fan units. A very disappointing experience. They reduced my bill to two labor hours, but I absolutely would not have accepted a bid in that amount for the work completed. In hindsight, I should have turned the technician away when he showed up with only one man, no cleaning supplies, and the wrong fan units. Second star because the tech had the sense to ask me if its actually what I wanted instead of just installing a square fan in a round hole. Tina in the office was nice enough about my concerns.

FAQ
How does Pinnacle Electric Solutions determine pricing, and can I get an estimate before you start work?
We base our pricing on the scope of the electrical project, including how complex the wiring is, how much material is needed, and how long the job will take. For many home electrical projects, such as remodels, additions, or EV charger installations, we can provide a ballpark estimate once we understand your needs. Before any work begins, we walk you through what is involved so you understand what you are paying for. Larger projects may require an on-site visit so we can give a more accurate quote and help you plan your budget.
Are you licensed and insured to work on my home's electrical system?
Pinnacle Electric Solutions operates as a professional electrical contractor that follows local licensing and insurance requirements for residential work. We handle electrical work for home additions and remodels, as well as panel upgrades and new installations, in line with current safety codes. Working with a properly qualified electrician helps protect your home, your family, and your investment. If you have questions about specific qualifications for your project, we are happy to walk you through how we meet those standards.
Does Pinnacle Electric Solutions handle EV charger installation, landscape lighting, and other specialty wiring projects?
We install EV chargers and take care of the necessary wiring and panel work to support them safely. Our experience with remodels, additions, and new wiring means we can also handle built-in lighting, ceiling-mounted electric heaters, fans, and other specialty fixtures. We are equipped to work on both interior and exterior projects, from bookshelf lighting to outdoor and patio electrical needs. If your project involves new electrical runs, upgrades, or integrating new equipment into your existing system, we can typically design and install a solution.
How far in advance should I schedule, and what should I expect on the day of my electrical appointment with your team?
Pinnacle Electric Solutions schedules projects based on the size of the job and current workload, so it is best to contact us as early as possible if you are planning a remodel or addition. For many smaller tasks, we can often find a time that works within a reasonable window. On the day of your appointment, we arrive during the agreed time frame and review the work with you before getting started. We let you know if any circuits or the main power will need to be turned off and for how long, so you can plan around any brief interruptions.
When you complete a job, how does Pinnacle Electric Solutions leave the work area and handle any debris or materials?
We keep our work areas as organized as possible while we install wiring, panels, fixtures, or EV charging equipment. At the end of the job, we collect and remove electrical scraps such as wire cutoffs, old devices, and packaging so they are not left around your home. Any access points we created, such as open boxes or panels, are left safe and properly closed or covered as appropriate to the work. We also walk through the completed work with you so you know what was done and can check that the space is ready for normal use.
Why should I hire you for electrical work instead of trying a DIY approach?
Our work on home remodels, additions, and panel upgrades is done with safety, electrical code, and long-term performance in mind, which can be difficult to achieve with DIY methods. We design circuits so they can safely handle the loads from EV chargers, heaters, lighting, and other modern equipment. Professional installation reduces the risk of hidden hazards like overheating wires, loose connections, or overloaded panels that could lead to shocks or fires. By having us handle your electrical work, you gain a system that is set up correctly the first time and ready for future needs.
