2 years agoThey are very unprofessional and will tell you they are coming out and have you wait all day just to not show up or call and let their customer know they aren't coming.. Would NOT recommend! -

3 years agoFast and easy people were very very helpful and some what experienced and up to par with what they knew how to do and what to do.....but would I recommend them to others? Personally no I wouldnt yea they knew what they were doing but the guy was kinda rude -

3 years agoWhile he seemed to know what he was doing, and got the AC back on fairly quickly, his attitude was colder than the AC. I advised him of what I was told by the last tech that looked at it, hoping it would point him in the right direction. He told me that with the heat advisory he has to come out "wheather he likes it or not" and then on the way out the door he just said "it's fixed" followed by "it has nothing do do with the (issue I had explained)." This was under his breath as he's walking away giving me no chance to ask what the issue was, or what I needed to look out for in the future. Did they do a good job? Sure. Would I recommend them to someone else? Absolutely not purely due to the fact that he wanted to have an attitude about getting paid to do a job. -

4 years agoSigned contract in May for HVAC install. Started calling Burks almost daily at the end of July. Got a call 2 weeks ago that they're not going to honor their bid and I should get somebody else.
