1 month agoI've used SudzUp for years, paid on time, only one recent complaint. Alicen informed me she was sending out Rachael who I'd never met so I declined (On the actual day of the cleaning). I didn't want a stranger in my house I'd never met and requested a meet and greet first. She never replied. She seemed butt hurt and whined I didn't trust her to provide a a quality cleaner. I explained I wanted her to meet my dogs, one of which is deaf and explain how to use my gate. Next thing you know, she terminated services two weeks later, the day before my cleaning with my regular cleaner through a text due to operational considerations (whatever that means). I asked for an explanation and received none. Very unprofessional and rude. -

4 months agoWe have used SudzUp for over two and a half years. Alicen, Shawna, and crew are amazing! I've used them for deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and every 2-4 week standard cleans. They're thorough and practice excellent communication. If I ever noticed an oversight or had an issue, Alicen was kind and resolved it in a timely manner. They're flexible if you want to be home or away during the cleanings. We also appreciated getting our finished basement cleaned as an as needed add-on when needed to keep cost efficient. I tend to book out a few months at a time to stay on a helpful schedule and plan accordingly. Rarely have we needed to reschedule, but when we do, Alicen works to ensure the rescheduled cleaning works for both parties. Prices are more reasonable than I expected when we started, and it is the best feeling coming home to a home with a shiny microwave, clean floors, clean tubs/showers/toilets, made beds, and a fresh, light scent in the air...especially with little ones and a puppy. Highly recommend! -
