He was able to work me into his rotation before I had a large landscaping job done. He showed up and performed the job exactly what we agreed to. The work of his team was excellent. 5 years agoWe had some issues with another contractor and we were on a short timeframe for a new backyard patio. Dan Chapman was prompt and very helpful with providing a estimate with understanding the time crunch. His quote was fair and the best quote we received for building a large backyard patio and repairing our driveway. The work was complete in a prompt and quick manner, with great cleaning up of the site. His crew was very nice and polite, especially when our dog ran over the wet cement in which they had to redo. We would definitely rehire Dan Chapman again for the great work! -

7 years agoWe knew we would hire Dan as soon as he came to do the bid. His price was very competitive. He communicated about when they would come (there were weather concerns), listened to how we wanted the areas laid out and finishing on each area. They excavated and placed materials where we wanted them. We had the sidewalk colored and stamped. The actual stamps were not the best (rented items) but it came out looking good - we've had several compliments. They tied the new concrete pads into the old at the garage floor and in the pole barn. -

10 years agoI was given a written estimate in a professional manner. I was given an estimated start date and asked if it could be earlier if they became available..Dan called and gave me a 24 hour notice that they could begin. I gladly agreed. Dan and workers arrive as scheduled and immediately started to work. All preparation was completed on the first day. Even though the temperatures were nearly unbearable the work continued. On the second day the pouring of concrete, shining, sealing and finish work were completed like clock work. Most all clean up was completed before they left, again, in unbearable heat. On the third day they finished, had us inspect and approve the work. Not only did we approve this patio we asked them to come back next month and complete another project. I would certainly recommend Chapman Concrete for any concrete project you need done at your home or business.
