2 months agoI really appreciated the team that came out. Jeremy & Josh get extra points for communication. I got the same info from the office that I did from the technicians who serviced the furnace. So the left hand did know what the right hand is doing, in this case. That was comforting. They contacted me prior to the appt time to say they were en route. Arrived when they said they would, so no down time for either of us. My house is almost 100 yrs old so I always have questions about the work being done. They were both courteous & professional & did not mind my questions about other related matters that were not scheduled. It was a mini-educational session. I learned more about airflow & heating my house & got an estimate for a future project. And they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this team. -
