One guy explained their plan before they began and another guy explained what they accomplished. Fair pricing as well. I feel so much better having had this tree service company help us with extraneous and dead limbs. -

1 month agoVery easy to get an estimate - while they weren't able to come same day like they had hoped, but they were there in a couple of days, and provided an estimate without me needing to be there (compared to some who won't provide an estimate unless I'm willing to sit down with them to go over it). I told them that I'm on a tight budget, and they were willing to work with me - knocking the price down if I was willing to sign a contract same day. They told me that they would be there in about a week to take down the tree (one large silver maple that was starting to fall apart). The following week, I was given about 2-3 hours notice, and then the crew arrived. They were courteous and communicative. I was at work, but I watched on my outdoor camera as they took the tree down bit by bit. They were great about keeping everything really clean, picking up sticks and branches as soon as they came down and hauling them out to the curb (as requested). By the end, I think my lawn looked better than when they arrived! I'll admit that I was worried because the tree wasn't in good shape, and it was right next to the house, and right over our deck. But the crew was professional and new exactly how to take care of the tree, bringing it down in chunks. They were great about communicating during the process, and sending a couple of pictures, so I could see the progress. Overall, a definite 5 star company - I couldn't have asked for anything more! 1 month agoAbsolutely incredible work. We have a 70 year old oak tree that needed trimmed and pruned. I called Happy Lemon to provide an estimate and they showed up when they said they would, quoted the service, and had their crew to our house an hour later after we decided to move forward. They completed the service with precision and cleaned up debris like they were never there, and the whole project took just over an hour. Very professional. Highly recommend. -
